It can take a while to load the video.  If that doesn't work, go to http://www.itvlocal.com/westcountry/ and search for "making it".  You should be able to find a video about Neil and how he (along with his fellow AMS directors) took a chance, launched AMS and the Murtaya, and hasn't looked back since.
